Why do i need a will?

You need a Will to:

-Decide who will be your executor;

-Decide who will be guardians for your children; 

-Set up trusts for your children; and

-Decide who will get your assets.

A properly prepared Will allows you to direct where your property will go after your death. It can save a great deal of time, expense, and stress for your family and loved ones during a time of grief. A Will also allows you to name your personal representative who will represent your estate after your death and carry out the wishes you have stated in your Will.
